What this notice covers

This notice explains how Folly Engine LLC handles personal information associated with follyengine.com and messages sent to the studio. It covers this informational website. It is not a description of data collection inside Booty Wars, a game beta, a wallet, or another service; the relevant game or service will have its own notice.

Information processed

When you visit, our hosting and network providers process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and request time to deliver and protect the website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, contact forms, or nonessential cookies to this site.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, any attachments, and information you choose to provide. We use it to reply, investigate support issues, handle privacy requests, and maintain relevant business records. Please do not send passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Providers and disclosure
